The breakfast here was fantastic with a good variety of hot and cold options, plus the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for a lovely stay.

The staff were extremely polite and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. I was there for 5 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with bwautiful view. The daily service was good.

We loved walking the sea promenade every evening. The hotel was good - and it was easy to park. We have no complaints about the hotel. It met all of our needs - but is not a "wow" hotel.

Comfortable Rooms with French Balconies

I felt like royalty in the modern-style guest room with its luxurious furniture and French balcony. It was as if I was stepping into a scene from a classic movie. I could imagine myself sipping a cup of coffee while overlooking the breathtaking view of the sea. The room was so comfortable that I never wanted to leave!

Blocked Shower Drain

The service and the management of the hotel was very poor and unprofessional. On the first day of our stay the key cards opening the door weren't working and the problem wasn't fixed until the evening the day after so every time we wanted to enter the room we had to go to the reception and ask the receptionist to open the door for us. We had to wait for ages until someone actually had time to go all the way to our room and open the door. On the last night of our stay someone broke into our room and took many valuable devices such as tablets and phones as well as a lot of money. The management didn't seem to care at all, TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY and in general didn't to anything to help. There were a few guards on duty as well as cameras and even though the theft happened and stayed unresolved, it's been over a month now. There were cameras all over the place and when we asked to check the footage they said the cameras are fake so they can't do anything. They said we could have used safes however there were so small there was no way a tablet or a computer could fit in there. For a hotel that rates itself 4 stars it's unacceptable that a theft like that happens and is not being taken care of. Definitely don't recommend.

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy decoration in the hotel's common areas. The gentle colors and soft lighting created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for us senior folks. The accessibility throughout the hotel was exceptional, with ramps and handrails in all the right places, making it easy for us to navigate and enjoy our vacation.

My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be a little more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more patient and helpful.

The was a distinct sewage odor (my suspicion is it was coming from the shower drain) in the bathroom. I kept the bathroom door closed during my stay and that at least alleviated the odor in the room.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is centrally located and on the beach in Herceg Novi.

If stairs are an issue, don't stay at this hotel as there are stairs at every level and no elevator except to the car park. The hotel staff did a poor job of keeping items in repair. Internet was missing the entire stay. Plumbing did not work properly as drains were plugged. Front desk couldn't prop ide smaller bills for a Euro 50 bill. They said they had no cash.
